You have succeeded in the selection procedure and you are about to take up employment with TBU. Together, we will deal with all necessary formalities and administrative issues.
New employees take up employment with TBU on the first working day of the relevant month. On your first day at the University, you will arrive at the agreed place where you will meet a colleague from the Human Resources Development. You will undergo compulsory training on occupational safety and health and fire prevention, along with staff training on personal data protection (GDPR) and cybersecurity.
You will receive your employee ID card. The card will enable you to prove your identity, it will give you access to the university buildings, to the Library; you can pay with the card for your purchase in the TBU cafeterias or for your lunch in the Refectory.
You will discuss operational and work-related issues with your superior or with another person in charge.
