If you find any of the job vacancies offered at TBU interesting, and you decide to apply for employment with us, you can do so by means of a questionnaire form available for each posted job vacancy or in the Database of Job Candidates section. Selection procedures for academic positions adhere to the Rules Governing Selection Procedures for Academic Staff Positions.
We regularly communicate with all those who apply for a job at our University throughout the entire recruitment process, and that from the moment we receive their application till the moment they are notified of the result of the selection procedure. If you have not received any feedback from us or you would like to check whether we have received the required documents, please contact us by email to kariera@utb.cz.
As soon as you submit your application to the selection procedure, we will check whether the materials that you have sent include all documents required. If something is missing, we will send you a request for a provision of additional information/documents.
A committee is set up for each selection procedure, which shall, after the application deadline, evaluate all the submitted applications, and shall decide as to whether the relevant candidate should participate in a knowledge test or a personal interview.
We will let you know about whether you have succeeded during the first round of the selection procedure. If you are invited to take a test or to participate in a personal interview, we will send you detailed instructions with the date and place of the meeting, give you tips on how to prepare and what to bring with you.
Once we have information about the results of the selection procedure, we will contact all candidates participating - those who were successful as well as those who did not succeed this time. If you want to give it another try, let us know or register in our database of job candidates.
Have you succeeded in the selection procedure? Now you have landed a job at TBU. The Human Resources department will help you deal with all necessary formalities and administrative affairs.
Your HR Officer will inform you about the documents you need to submit before taking up employment.
